Description


This is a workshop to learn how to make a ceramic Jack O Lantern Candle Holder.  Any level of pottery experience is welcome, from zero to expert.   The workshop consists of one or two classes. The first is the making class and is two hours long. For those who need to learn how to glaze, a second one-hour class is also offered.


The making class is $49.95+hst which includes the class, clay and the bisque fire. Bring your tools if you have them, including a wooden spoon or flat paddle. If not, please let us know and tools will be provided for your use.


The glazing class is $19.95+hst which includes use of brushes, resist tape, glaze, and glaze fire.

Wednesday Sept 28th 6:30pm - 8:30pm


Saturday October 1st 1:30pm-3:30pm


 


Glazing Class Date Options  (minimum 1 student to run)


Friday Oct 14th 6:30pm-7:30pm 


Saturday October 15th 1:30pm-2:30pm


What to wear: 


Comfortable, practical clothing and footwear that you are ok with getting dusty.   


What to bring:



  • An apron if desired.

  • A small hand-towel you don’t mind getting dirty.

  • A fun and playful can-do attitude!!!


Min 3, Max 8 students per class.  Minimum age is 6 years


Any class interrupted by government issued COVID measures will be postponed and reinstated after restrictions are lifted.
