Cone 6: Winter Wood is a matte white glaze that contains a brown crystal. As the crystal melts, brown striations appear. The brown striations left in the glaze have a keen likeness to woodgrain.
Cone 10: Colour changes to a translucent golden brown.
TIP: SW-106 Alabaster is the base glaze. For a lighter crystal effect, you may try applying two coats of SW-106 Alabaster with a third coat of SW-155 Winter Wood.

i use this for handbuilding / sculpting and it has been my go-to option for many reasons! not only is it a gorgeous colour like no other, but it requires next to no water while working with it and each box has given me great consistency. 10/10 (photo is 611 with mayco's oyster glaze in some places)
