Température de cuisson : Cône 04-11
Stockage : Pour une durée de conservation optimale (3 à 6 mois) , conservez vos transferts dans un sac scellé et évitez la lumière du soleil.
Application : Pour un résultat optimal, appliquez le transfert sur la pièce crue encore humide. Pièces crues (niveau de difficulté : facile) , pièces biscuitées (niveau de difficulté : moyen) .
